Some of our people

Matt Chalk
Sales Director (EMEA)
With over two decades in telecoms and a decade in telematics, Matt knows how to navigate fast-moving markets and build lasting partnerships. He’s worked with companies like Vodafone Automotive and The Floow, and brings a sharp focus to decision-making, teamwork and tech-driven growth. Based in Newbury, Matt is a keen sailor and finds that time on the water helps him think through complex challenges with a clear head.

Brent Carey
Operations Director
Brent has been part of Scope since 2012 and brings more than 20 years of experience across operations, HR and project delivery. He’s at his best when working with diverse teams and believes in building systems that scale without losing momentum. Based in Johannesburg, Brent recharges by heading into the hills on his mountain bike—a space where he finds the same clarity and grit that drives his work.

Charmaine Noah
Head: R&D Project Management
Charmaine leads complex software projects with focus and consistency, drawing on more than 15 years in enterprise IoT and a strong sense of how to keep teams moving forward. She’s been with Scope since 2012 and values its culture of trust, collaboration and getting things done without unnecessary noise. Based in Gauteng, Charmaine shares her space with two high-spirited Labradors who keep her on her toes between meetings

Sean O’Regan
Head: Software R&D
Sean has over 25 years of experience in software development and architecture and has been with Scope since 2008. He’s known for building lean, reliable systems that quietly solve complex problems, and he brings a scientific mindset to everything he does. Originally trained in zoology and botany, he spent two years doing field research in Kruger National Park before pivoting into tech. Now based in Johannesburg, Sean balances his code with time spent outdoors—and with two very opinionated goats.

Musha Munyikwa
Head: Project Delivery & Customer Support
Musha joined Scope in 2005 and brings a deep well of experience in telematics, IoT and project delivery across multiple countries. He’s played a key role in building some of the company’s most advanced UBI and fleet solutions, always with a focus on clarity, efficiency and customer impact. Based in Johannesburg, Musha is known for his steady, thoughtful leadership—something he credits to a long-standing interest in Stoic philosophy. Outside of work, he’s a football fan, a family man and a former semi-pro DJ who still keeps an eye on the decks.

Cassio Enrico Campos
Head: Sales (LATAM)
Born in Sao Paolo, Brazil, Cassio joined Scope Technology in 2015. After graduating with a Masters of Science in Economics, Cassio was a Maths and Economics lecturer in a past life, and has spent over 20 years in Sales in the UK and Brazil.
